From cultural attractions to the coast, explore the city and all its vibrancy.

Adelaide Royal Coach is situated on the fringe of the city. The buzzing Rundle Street is a 5-minute drive from the hotel, boasting retail shopping, restaurants, cafes and popular nightlife venues. The Adelaide CBD is easily accessed by car and public transport, or a short stroll through the parklands.

Room service continental breakfast is available Monday to Friday from 7.00am-9.00am, Except Public Holidays

Buffet Breakfast is open EVERY Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 7.00am to 9.00am.

The Breakfast Buffet is also available for corporate functions.
Please check with reception to see for additional operational hours.

Should you wish to leave early and/or require breakfast on the weekend a Continental Breakfast Box $15 is available from reception. To order or collect your breakfast, please ensure your order is given to reception prior to 7.00pm daily.

Relax in the indoor heated swimming pool located through the main foyer. Open daily 8.00am – 8.00pm.

For your convenience pool towels are available in the pool area.

Spare pillows are located in your wardrobe.

BABY FACILITIES

The hotel and restaurant can provide cots and highchairs. Please contact reception (dial 9) to book.

TOWELS

To help save the environment please leave only the towels you want laundered on the bathroom floor. Towels left hanging to dry will not be replaced. If you require extra towels, please see reception (dial 9).

WI-FI

Complimentary wireless internet is available to all guests. Access cards can be obtained from reception.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES

Full conference facilities are available on premise.

DRY CLEANING

A same-day dry cleaning service is available to guests Monday – Friday. Collection must be received by reception before 7.30am in the laundry bag provided. Please contact reception to arrange this service (additional charges apply).

HOUSEKEEPING

If you do not require your room to be serviced, please place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the outside of your door for our staff to see or notify reception.

HAIRDRYERS

A hairdryer is located in your bathroom.

IRON/IRONING BOARD

An iron and ironing board are located in the wardrobe of your room.

LAUNDRY

Guest laundry facilities are located on the ground floor at the rear of the hotel near room 108. Please contact reception for further assistance or if you require coins or washing powder ($1) for the machine.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

This service is available to all guests at no charge. Please contact reception to make arrangements.

SMOKING

All rooms are designated Non-Smoking. Smoking will only be allowed outside the building. Smoking within our hotel rooms is considered to be malicious damage. If a room is found to have been used for smoking by the guests or invitees of the guests a minimum charge of $200.00 will be charged to the guests account or credit card supplied at check-in to compensate for. Should the fire alarms engage and services arrive at the hotel a $1000 fine applies.

For further information regarding smoking and smoke detectors, please refer to the ‘Rules of the house’ below.

SECURITY

All rooms are fitted with security devices. We recommend that you ensure that you have locked your door and placed the latch over before retiring for the night. Please ensure that your vehicle is also locked and that no valuables are left within sight. No responsibility is taken for valuables left in cars overnight.

AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING

Your room is individually equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning. There are two power switches to operate your air conditioner. Please turn on the switch beside your bed before switching on the unit. If the air conditioner is not operating correctly, firstly check that the correct mode has been selected. There is a mode button on the control unit (or remote control) which can change the unit from heating to cooling. For any further instructions, please contact reception.

MAINTENANCE

Should any appliances, fittings or services requiring attention, please let us know. For urgent attention, please contact reception and we will address the issue as soon as possible.

Reception will be happy to offer advice and suggestions of places to visit. A range of flyers of points of interest and maps of Adelaide CBD are located in the foyer for your convenience.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Buses into the city leave every 15 to 20 minutes from the stop on Flinders Street (BUS 122, 123, 125 or 126) or from Dequetteville Terrace (BUS 140, 141, 142, 143 or 145) Buses return from Grenfell Street, in front of Harris Scarfe (BUS 123 or 124) or from North Terrace (Bus 141, 142, 143 or 145).

TAXI

Contact reception (Dial 9) to place an order for a taxi or dial direct to Adelaide Independent Taxis 13 22 11.
Although the taxi service is usually very reliable, we recommend you book your taxi in advance.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Guests are reminded that any malicious damage caused by you, your guests or invited guest, that goes beyond fair wear and tear, will be liable for repair and/or replacement costs associated.

This will be charged to your account and subsequently charged to the credit card provided at time of check in.

EMERGENCY

Your safety is our utmost concern.

In the event of an emergency evacuation, proceed to the nearest emergency assembly area (evacuation information is on the rear of the front door).
